Getting started

How do I create my account?

Click "Get started free" on the homepage. Enter your email, create a password, and you're ready to go. You can also sign in with Google.

How do I invite my partner?

From your dashboard, go to settings and share your invitation code. Your partner can join your space in seconds.

Is Pairlia free?

Yes, Pairlia offers a free plan that lets you document conflicts and receive AI analyses. Premium features (exercises, reports, books) are available with a subscription.

Conflicts and analyses

How do I document a conflict?

Click "New conflict" from the dashboard. Follow the guided form to describe what happened, how you felt, and what you need.

Can my partner see my private notes?

No, never. Notes marked as private remain strictly confidential. Only shared statements are visible to both partners.

How does the AI analysis work?

Once both partners have submitted their perspectives, the AI analyzes both sides neutrally. It identifies shared facts, differing perceptions, and unspoken needs.

Account and billing

How do I change my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription, change plans, or cancel.

How do I delete my account?

From Settings > Privacy, you can request account deletion. All your data will be permanently erased.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Export to download all your data in JSON format.
