Service description

Pairlia is a structured reflection tool that helps couples document and understand their conflicts through neutral AI analysis. Pairlia is not a therapy service, legal counsel, or professional mediation.

Registration and account

To use Pairlia, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide a valid email address • Create a secure password • Use the service in good faith, with respect for your partner You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to: • Use Pairlia for personal and couple reflection purposes • Not use the service to harass, threaten, or manipulate your partner • Not attempt to access other users' data • Not use the service for illegal purposes Pairlia reserves the right to suspend any account in violation of these rules.

AI analyses

AI analyses generated by Pairlia are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (psychological, legal, or medical). AI can make errors. Analyses should not be used as the sole basis for decisions in your relationship.

Subscriptions and payments

Pairlia offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

Intellectual property

Content you create on Pairlia (statements, texts, books) belongs to you. Pairlia retains rights to the service, its design, code, and features. You grant us a limited license to process your data within the scope of the service.

Limitation of liability

Pairlia is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Pairlia cannot be held liable for decisions made based on AI analyses or use of the service.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email in case of significant changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
